We will send you your products the moment we have received your payment. Most of the shipments will be made through regular postal service: the package will fit your mailbox, so you dont have to stay home. If you order multiple products we will use TNT postal services to send your parcel. For orders below value of 50 Euro we charge a 3,50 Euro fee for shipping. Above 50 Euro you pay no shipping charges.
We try to ensure your product is being shipped within 6 working days. It is however possible the clothing you ordered is not in stock. In this case we will ship within 4 weeks maximum. In case we are unable to send you your products within 4 weeks, you can request us to cancel the purchase and receive a refund.
Your purchase is completed once we have received it through our website. In case you return us the product, please consider the following procedure which needs to be followed:- Products can only be sent back within 7 days after receipt of the product;
- Please contact us prior to returning a product;
- In case you return a product, please include the original receipt, your customer details and bankaccount number.
- Unless we have shipped you the wrong product, or the product was damaged prior to shipment, the costs of returning the product are at the charge of the buyer.
